Mr. Deo, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, upon instructions makes a statement, that he would be satisfied with a direction, for decision of the appeal which has been filed by him with the Respondent No.1, against the order dated 17.08.2021 in a time bound manner.

Since the appeal is of the year 2021, such a direction would be reasonable, Considering the limited nature of relief, the Petition is disposed off by directing the Respondent No.1 to decide the appeal within a period of three weeks from today.
