In view of the submissions made by Mr. B.G. Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, we permit the petitioners to approach the Education Officer with their grievance for modification of the calendar in the light of the administrative instructions dated 5th March, 2025, issued by the Deputy Director of Education. The said Authority shall deal with the claim of the petitioners having regard to the circular issued by the Director, Maharashtra State Council for Education Research and Training on 27th February, 2025. 2.

We are not expressing any opinion on the grievance of the petitioners and same shall be decided on its own merits. 3.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
