Mr. Thakre, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the claim for compassionate appointment is rejected on the ground of pendency of the civil proceedings. According to him, the said proceedings is not serving as an embargo anymore as the employment is directed to be granted, subject to the final outcome of the civil proceedings.
