Mrs. Jachak, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 3, states that the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed as the registration certificate is already issued in favour of the petitioner. She has placed on record a copy of Revised Contractor Registration Certificate dated 28.04.2025 issued by the Executive Engineer, Public Works Division No.1, Nagpur in favour of the petitioner.
