We permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.1 - Additional Commissioner on 28th April, 2025 in the matter of appeal against the order dated 31st January, 2025 passed by the respondent No.2 - Additional Collector, disqualifying the petitioner from the post of Up-Sarpanch under Section 14(1)(j-1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958.

We direct the respondent No.1 - Additional Commissioner to decide the stay application within a period of one week from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.
