ATE : APRIL 23, 2025 1) Heard Mr.Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2) It is contended that show-cause notice did not contain the addition of amount of Rs.80 Lakhs and therefore, the petitioner was not put on notice before passing of the assessment order in that regard, on account of which, if the principles of natural justice is violated, the petition is maintained without availing the appellate remedy. The plea regarding violation of principles of natural justice can also be raised in an appeal by the petitioner against the assessment order. There are no exceptional circumstances pointed out to us so as to invoke the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution, in view of which, the petition is dismissed. No costs.
