Challenge is to order dated 04.03.2025, passed by District Judge - 5, Nagpur in Trade Mark Suit No.6/2019, by which the Court Commissioner is appointed for inspection of petitioner's premises, to make inventory of infringed material.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that inspection is to be conducted on 22.04.2025 and accordingly makes a request for interim relief to which Mr. H. Thakur, learned counsel for the respondent appearing on caveat, makes a statement that the respondent - plaintiff will make an application seeking extension of date of the inspection. The statement is accepted. 4.
