DATED : 26.03.2026 The learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered across the Bench a copy of a communication dated 23.03.2026 by the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal, wherein he stated that as far as the petitioners in the present petition are concerned, if the information of the petitioners if forwarded by the school management, further proceedings can be undertaken with respect to the said petitioners. In view of the said communication, the learned Counsel for the petitioners prays for the disposal of the petition, since, according to him grievance of the petitioners stands ventilated. In that view of the matter the present petition is disposed of.
