Heard Mr. P. V. Thakre, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The petitioner has approached this Court praying for following relief :
"Direct the respondents to count petitioner's earlier services on daily wages basis till his absorption on the regular post of peon under the Respondent No.4/Municipal Council, Tumsar for the purpose of pensionary and other benefits;"

A perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner has not yet approached respondent No.4 - Municipal Council, Tumsar, District Bhandara, with a prayer for the aforesaid relief of considering his earlier services rendered on a daily-wage basis till his absorption on the regular post of Peon for the purpose of pensionary and other consequential benefits.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the present petition as a representation submitted by the petitioner for the aforesaid relief. Respondent No.4 is further directed to decide the said representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
