The prayer made in this petition for direction to the respondent no.1 to give the petitioners regularization as they are working for more than 10 years as a contractual employee and also to give them complete permanency benefit as a permanent government employees of the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra with pay protection and seniority.

We have gone through the record of the case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, we direct the present petition to be treated as representation of the petitioners and the same may be decided by respondent no.1 in accordance with law, after considering the point raised in the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. The decision shall be taken within 4 months from production of the copy of this order and copy of the petition before respondent no.1.
