Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The communication dated 28.04.2025 issued by the Principal Accountant General (A& E), Maharashtra, Nagpur is taken on record. 3.

It is stated in the said communication that the service book of the petitioner is already returned to the Office of the District Water Conservation Officer, Zilla Parishad (M.I.), Chandrapur and the same is received by the said Authority.

In such an eventuality, we are of the view that the respondent nos. 4 and 5 shall deal with the claim of the petitioner as reflected in the communication dated 13.02.2025 addressed to the Advocate of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 5.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
