The petitioner's husband died on 05.02.2023. Though the period of about one and half years has been lapsed, till date the family pension is not released by the respondent-Zilla Parishad. 3.
Place this matter on 16.09.2025 for further consideration. 4.
The respondent no.2-the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli, is directed to file an affidavit explaining the delay in releasing the family pension to the petitioner. It is expected that the Chief Executive Officer shall mention the name of the concerned officer who failed to take immediate steps in the matter of release of family pension to the petitioner. On failure to file affidavit within stipulated time, the Chief Executive Officer shall remain present in this Court.

The learned counsel for the respondent-Zilla Parishad undertakes to communicate this order to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli.
