It is urged that the mother of the petitioner is suffering from Brain Tumor and if posted nearby Ranchi, it will be convenient for the petitioner to attend the ailing mother. He has drawn support from Clause 7(i) of the Standing Order No.4/2022 dated 27.09.2022 which provides for posting on medical grounds.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 16.06.2025.

Mr. P. V. Navlani, learned Counsel waives service of notice for all the respondents.

In the meantime, having regard to the ailment of the mother of the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider his request for accommodation nearby Ranchi Station where his ailing mother is residing. 6.

Let the decision be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

We direct Mr. Navlani, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents to communicate this order to all the respondents.
