"Heard.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 28.04.2025.

Mrs. M.S. Naik, learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent No.1 and Mr. O. A. Ghare, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent Nos.3 to 7.

In addition to usual mode of service, the petitioners are allowed to serve the respondents by all other permissible modes, including by Speed Post. Affidavit of service be filed.

Some of the pages are illegible. Registry shall justify filing petition without getting legible copy of the documents, particularly Annexure - A."

2] In response, the Registry has filed report stating therein that the Counsel had filed typed copy of documents, but did not refer the same to the Court.

51-WP-2250-2025 3] It is surprising that the learned Counsel is unaware of what documents have been filed with the petition, and caused notice to be issued to the Registry. The learned Counsel ought to have been careful while making such statement.

4] Leave to add three Societies, who have been enlisted as voters in the final voters list, is granted. The amendment be carried out forthwith.

5] Once amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents returnable on 5/5/2025. 6] In addition to usual mode of service, the petitioners may serve the respondents by speed post, and file affidavit of service.
