By 31.05.2025, the respondent - Committee shall decide the claim of the petitioner for issuance of the Validity in the light of the fact that the blood relations is defined under Rule 2(1)(f) of the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Certificate Rules, 2003.

With these directions, the petitioner stands disposed of. No costs.
