Considering the paucity of time, though we are willing to list the matter in the vacation, on account of non-availability of Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the respondents, list the matter on 10.06.2025. He is also directed to supply the numbers of all petitions raising a similar challenge as well as the contempt petitions, which will have to be clubbed and heard together, since the issue affects the entire teacher community in the State, but more than that has an adverse effect upon the

2 45-7287-24.odt education being provided to the students, who should be the primary concern in framing any policy, which according to us, the impugned policy does not do, as it centers around the interest of the Teachers and not of the students.
