The argument is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have exceeded jurisdiction while passing order of injunction restraining the petitioner from interfering with the so called peaceful possession of respondent No.1. 02.

According to learned Counsel for the petitioner, under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, the authorities below are entitled to pass order of maintenance and not of injunction as has been passed in the present case. 03.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 8th May, 2025. 04.

Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

In addition to usual mode of service, the petitioner may serve respondent No.1 by all permissible modes including service by speed-post and shall file affidavit of service.
