The petition has been filed on the ground that second appeal filed by the petitioners has been disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail an appropriate remedy. The order to that effect is said to have been passed on 24th April, 2025 and is said to have been annexed with the petition as Annexure-F. However, the copy of the order is not so annexed. 02.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that copy of the order has not been uploaded as yet. If that be so, the petitioners ought not to have averred in the memo of petition that the copy of the order has been annexed. Thus, misleading statement has been made. 03.

Be that as it may, to give one opportunity, list the petition once the copy of order dated 24/04/2025 passed in Second Appeal No.101/2025 is placed on record.
