JUNE 24, 2025 On 5/5/2025, following order was passed :

"1.

The argument is that notice under Section 15(2) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 was not given by the petitioners. When enquired as to whether the plea was taken before the Court's below the counsel for petitioners seeks time to take instructions.

2.

Stand over after Summer Vacation 2025."

2] In response, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that notice was issued by the petitioners, and hence, the aforesaid plea was not taken. 3] Thus, the petitioners have made an incorrect statement. As such, the petition is liable to be dismissed on this count alone.

4] Nonetheless, in the interest of justice, another opportunity is given.

5] List after two weeks.
