It is the contention of the petitioners that inspite of there being directions by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Society to the District Deputy Registrar, Washim vide instructions dated 7th October, 2024, the action taken is not communicated to the petitioners. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that the appropriate order may be passed. 4.

In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition thereby directing the respondent no.2 to communicate its decision taken pursuant to the directions issued by the respondent no.1 vide communication dated 7th October, 2024 to the petitioners in any case within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order. 5.

The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
