We permit the petitioner to appear before the Debt Recovery Tribunal on 5.5.2025.

We expect the D.R.T. to decide the S.A. on Diary No.391/2025 in I.A. (Diary) No.620/2025 i.e. objection taken by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of appearance.
