We deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent Additional Divisional Commissioner on 13.5.2025 who in turn shall decide the claim for disqualification based on the report submitted by the Chief Executive Officer as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
