There is no dispute that the work allotted to the petitioner is completed as per completion certificate (page 22 of the petition). The only question remains regarding payment to be made. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents/State, upon instructions, does not dispute the above position. The Government Resolution dated 20.10.2022 (page 30 of the petition) indicates that the works listed therein have already been approved and completed and the payment is pending only for the receipt of funds. In view of the above admitted position that the work has been completed by the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to make payment within a period of three months from today.
