We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the Commissioner (Education), Pune, to decide the reference made by the Education Officer (Primary), Amravati vide Communication dated 21/22.01.2025 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of production of this order.

Till then, there shall be no coercive action against the petitioner.
