After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for vacation of stay before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra State, Circuit Bench, Amravati. 2.

Since the grievance raised in the instant petition is a challenge to the interim order passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra State, Circuit Bench, Amravati thereby, granting an interim stay to the order dated 10.07.2023, the petitioner is permitted to prosecute / file an application for vacation of the interim stay before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra State, Circuit Bench, Amravati.

If any such application is filed, the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra State, Circuit Bench, Amravati, is directed to consider and decide the application expeditiously, by considering the position of law. 4.

In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
