The petitioners are seeking benefits of the Government Resolution dated 9.3.1990 stating that they are entitled for the higher pay. A representation to that effect was made by the petitioners, which is informed to be pending with the respondents since 29.2.2024.

That being so, we direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three weeks from the production of this order.
