The services of the petitioner are already approved, however, his name is not included in the Shalarth ID as per the order dated 26.9.2024 of the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur. Since Government Resolution dated 27.3.2024 provides for an appeal, it is always open for the petitioner to move before the competent authority provided under the said Government Resolution, for redressal of his grievance, within a period of two weeks from today.

In case if the such prayer is made before the competent authority, the same shall be decided within a period of two weeks from the date of submission of the same.
