The Petition seeks a limited relief for direction to the Respondent No.2, to decide the proposal for reappraisal and validity of the Environmental Clearance already granted to the Petitioner and similarly situated persons, which has been sent to the Respondent No.2 on 31.12.2024 (page 89) by the Respondent No.4.

It is contended, that a list sent on 01.01.2025 has already been cleared, however, the earlier list which is dated 31.12.2024, is still pending. Since that is the limited relief claimed by the Petitioner, we dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.2, to scrutinize and take a decision regarding the reappraisal and validity of the proposals as sent to it under the list dated 31.12.2024 (page 89), within a period of two weeks from today.

The Petition is accordingly disposed off in the above terms. No costs.
