DATE : 07.03.2026 In this petition, on last date i.e. 27.02.2026, the following order was passed :

"1. Nobody appeared for the petitioner in first session and even in the second session, nobody appears for the petitioner.

2. The instant petition was filed on 19.04.2025 and thereafter, on two occasions, when the matter was listed, the petition was not prosecuted as the petitioner had sought for adjournments. It, thus, appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant petition. Hence, list the petition for 'dismissal' on 07th March 2026."

Today also, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
