The respondents must satisfy as to what prompted them to transfer the petitioner within a period of 16 months from the date of the earlier transfer, as the issue is squarely covered by the decision in Writ Petition No.7287/2024 (Sangita Rajendra Hole and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) with connected matters decided on 29.4.2025.
