The Court below has rejected the request made by the petitioners to lead secondary evidence on the ground that the photographs produced are not compared with originals or that they are not certified by the authorized authority and, therefore, cannot be exhibited. 02.

The argument is that the finding runs contrary to the provisions, more particularly Section 60, of the Bhartiya Saksh Adhiniyam, 2023. 03.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 12th June, 2025. 04.

Issue notice on interim relief as well.
