In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is aggrieved on the part of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in not deciding the appeal alongwith an application for stay preferred by the Petitioner against the order of dismissal dated 25.03.2025. The Petitioner has also questioned the validity of the impugned order dated 25.03.2025. The Petitioner has already preferred an appeal regarding the order of dismissal dated 25.03.2025 and is also aggrieved by the in action on the part of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in not deciding the appeal preferred by the Petitioner, and therefore, we are not inclined

2 39.WP.2564-2025.odt to examine the validity of the order of dismissal dated 25.03.2025 in the said Petition.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Petition on the following terms.

(i).

The Petitioner shall appear before the Appellate Authority on 07.07.2025.

(ii).

The Appellate Authority thereupon afford an opportunity for personal hearing to the Petitioner and shall decide the appeal by a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of the appearance of the Petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of.

Needless to state that, in case the appeal is allowed, the Petitioner shall be entitled to all consequential benefits.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
