Learned Advocate for the petitioners and respondent, upon instructions, submit that the parties are ready for mediation and therefore, they both seek appointment of Mediator. 2.

As suggested by the learned Advocate for both parties, Advocate Mr. S.Y. Deopujari, is hereby appointed to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation.

The parties to appear before the Mediator on 04th November 2025 at 2.00 p.m.

Thereafter, the Mediator may take as many sittings as are desirable to explore the possibility of settlement and if the settlement is arrived at, then may help the parties in settling the terms in writing. 5.
