The contention is that the petitioners have been declared as surplus in the school where they were appointed hence, they were directed to be absorbed in respondent no. 4- school. But, respondent no. 4- School has not absorbed the petitioners till date and since March-2025 their salary RR Jaiswal

The petitioners are directed to make a representation before the concerned Education Officer on or before 26.12.2025. The Education Officer after considering their request shall make appropriate arrangement for disbursement of their salary and shall pass appropriate order on or before 31.12.2025, as per the rules.

List the matters for further consideration on 08.01.2026.
