Vide order dated 09/05/2025 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati in Appeal No.17/2023, application for taking the case on Board filed by the present petitioner who is appellant in the said appeal came to be rejected, the present petition is filed challenging the said order. 2.

Shri Agrawal, learned counsel has filed Caveat on behahlf of respondent No.3. He makes a statement that he has instructions to appear for other respondents and he will file Vakalatnama on their behalf during the course of the day. 3.

Shri Agrawal, learned counsel has tendered reply on behalf of the respondents, which is taken on record. 4.

The impugned order dated 09/05/2025 does not disclose any reason for rejecting the application for taking the case on Board.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 09/05/2025 is quashed and set aside.

The parties are directed to appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati on 20/05/2025. 7.

The petitioner / appellant is directed to file fresh application before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati for taking the case on Board.

The objection of respondents as regards the maintainability of the appeal is kept open and the Authority shall consider the said objection simultaneously with hearing of application for grant of stay, in case application for taking the case on board is granted, and application for grant of stay is taken up for hearing.

Petition is disposed of.
