The petitioners, who are the students of class 2 to 6, are informed by the respondent No.5 school that the school is closed. The petitioners, through their parents, approached the respondent No.3 to re-allot the C.B.S.C. school with proper infrastructure and requesting the respondent No.2 to coordinate with other affiliated schools for accepting the demand.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 9.6.2025.

Mr. A.J. Gohokar, learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent No.2.

The respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representations made by the petitioners within a period of three weeks from today and report the compliance.
