The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners were admitted to respondent no.5-School. However, now the School Management has decided to close down the school and accordingly the transfer certificates were given to the petitioners. In the light of this fact, a request was made to the respondent no.3 to re-allot the CBSC School by the petitioners. 2.

In the light of above referred facts, this Court on 16.05.2025 issued certain directions to the respondent no.3 to decide the representations made by the petitioners within a period of three weeks from the date of order dated 16.05.2025. The respondent no.3 is the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur.

The office note shows that the respondent no.3 is served. The office note further shows that the order is served upon the respondent no.3 by Hamdast.

Today when the matter was called out, none appeared on behalf of the respondent no.3.

Since the schools are going to be reopened in few days, there is an urgency in the present matter. We deprecate the casual approach of the respondent no.3 in not appearing in the present matter or even not communicating any decision to the petitioners. 6.

Accordingly, the respondent no.3 is hereby directed to place on record the steps taken by the respondent no.3 in the light of the order of this Court dated 16.05.2025 and also in light of the representations and request made by the petitioners to him, by 16.06.2025 by filing an affidavit. Failure to file affidavit by 16.06.2025, the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur shall remain present before this Court on 17.06.2025 at 10.30 AM.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to Respondent No.3-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur.
