Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3.
In the present petition, the transfer order of the petitioners dated 31/12/2024, issued by the respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Amravati is under challenge, by which the petitioners were transferred to difficult area, which is against the GR dated 15/02/2018. As there was no interim relief in the present matter, the petitioners joined the transferred post and are working there till today.

On 20/01/2026, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the identical subject matter has been decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.7287 of 2024 (Sangita Rajendra Hole and others v. The State of Maharashtra and others) and other connected
3 J-WP-2696.25.odt matters. In view thereof, the present petition needs to be allowed. In the Writ Petition No.7287 of 2024 (supra), the Difficult Area Round Teachers list dated 28/11/2024 was quashed and set aside, as the petitioners therein had not joined their transferred place and working on their original place, the transfer orders came to be quashed and set aside. In view of Difficult Area Round Teachers list dated 20/11/2024 was quashed and set aside, the petitioners herein seek permission to make a representation to the Competent Authority in view of judgment in Writ Petition No.7287 of 2024 (supra). 5.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation to the Competent Authority within a period of three weeks.

If any such representation would be filed by the petitioners, the same be decided by the respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Amravati within a period of three weeks thereafter.

Rule stands discharged. No costs.
