VACATION COURT In response to the notice, issued by this Court on 23rd May, 2025, respondents appeared in the matter.

It is the submission of petitioner that after the death of his father, he became the automatic member of the society. Hence, his name ought to have been included in the voter list. 3.

Per contra, respondents submission is that to become a member of Society, procedure is prescribed under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 and Rules. Hence, judgment relied upon by petitioner is distinguishable to the facts of matter. SKNair

Furthermore, election programme is yet not published by respondent no.1. Hence, their reply is necessary in the matter. 5.

In the circumstances, time is granted to respondents to file their reply on record on or before next date. 6.
