By the present petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent to issue the amended copy of the scheme which is said to be approved according to order dated 07.04.2025. As per the normal practice, it is necessary for the respondent to supply the amended copy to the petitioner while approving the scheme.

Hence, prima facie case made out by the petitioner for grant of ad-interim relief. Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C).
