In this background, we permit the petitioners to appear before the Committee on 20th June, 2025 with reply to the Vigilance Cell Report and the Committee is directed to take a decision and provide a copy of the order to the petitioners in any case by 30th July, 2025.

The aforesaid order is passed keeping in mind the earlier order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5731/2024 with connected matters on 18th March, 2025.
