Counsel for petitioner and respondent submits that this is a matrimonial matter and the parties are ready to explore possibility of compromise through mediation. Both the counsel jointly suggest the name of Advocate Mr. S. Y. Deopujari, as a 'Mediator'. The matter is, therefore, referred for mediation.

The parties are directed to appear before the Mediator on 12.08.2025 and on subsequent dates granted by the Mediator.
