The argument is that though the relief is being granted to the petitioners in both petitions by the respondent No.1 in an appeal filed by the petitioners, challenging the order of termination and though recognized entitlement of the petitioners for backwages and continuity of service, the same is not appeared in the operative portion of the order impugned.

If that be so, the petitioners may approach the respondent No.1 for seeking modification in the order. If the applications for modification are so filed, the respondent No.1 shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of filing of the applications.

The petitions are disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
