Learned AGP appearing for respondent/State invites attention to the pursis dated 16.12.2025 and the accompanying documents. She submits that in compliance with the order dated 16.07.2025, necessary action is initiated and necessary enquiry is also being conducted. She further submits that the concerns expressed by this Court in the order dated 16.07.2025 have been addressed and the senior officials have also initiated appropriate action with regard to the entire subject matter.

On perusal of the documents placed on record, it appears that there was no intentional misleading statement and hence, further action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is not warranted at this stage.

In view of this, no further orders are required. The compliance report is taken note of.

Needless to state that the concerned officials are at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies in-case any adverse decision is taken against them.
