After having heard for some time, the purpose for filing the petition will be served, if the petitioners are allowed to approach the appropriate authority in terms of the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. In other words, the efficacious alternative remedy is available to the petitioners. The petitioners shall, if so desired take necessary steps in due course. The interim relief granted, however, shall continue only for one week i.e. till 17.07.2025. The subsequent relief, interim or final, if any shall be considered by the appropriate authority before whom the proceedings will be filed, which the authority shall decide on its own merits.

So far as the other aspect as regards the lapses committed by the office of the respondent No.4 are concerned, the petition will be taken up for further hearing on 16.07.2025. 3.

The learned Senior Counsel / Government Pleader has tendered across the bar the affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 6. The affidavit is signed by the Deputy

2 904-3118-25.odt Superintendent of Land Records, Kamptee. The respondent Nos.4 to 6 shall place on record the authorization given to the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Kamptee. 4.

The respondent Nos.4 to 6 shall place on record the original inward and outward registers for the current year. 5.
