JUNE 24, 2025 The argument is that, the Joint Charity Commissioner has granted stay to the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner rejecting the change report. In addition, the Assistant Charity Commissioner permitted the earlier body to continue as Members of the Managing Committee with a restriction upon taking policy decision.
