Mr. Shareef, learned Counsel appearing for the contesting Respondent No.6, submits that the Appeal before the Joint Charity Commissioner is expedited and is fixed for final hearing today. He and Ms. Moon, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, submits that they will argue the appeal on the date as fixed by this Court so that the issue involved will be decided on merits. 2.

The proposal being fair, is accepted by Mr. Dharmadhikari, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of in the following terms.

The statement made by the learned Counsel for the Respondents that they will argue the Appeal finally before the Joint Charity Commissioner, is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

The parties shall appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner on 18.07.2025. Both the parties shall make their submissions on merit. If an adjournment is sought, the Joint Charity Commissioner may consider the same by imposing costs or by applying any other stringent condition. The Joint Charity Commissioner, is requested to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

Pending appeal, the Respondents shall not take any major/policy decision as also decision on appointment. The Petitioner shall also not conduct elections till appeal is decided.
