The order impugned dated 18th February, 2025 is questioned seeking appointment on compassionate ground. 3.

We are unable to convince ourselves to adhere to the request of the petitioner, particularly when the father of the petitioner has taken voluntary retirement. There is no document on record, particularly in the form of Rule or Policy to infer that in case of voluntary retirement, the scheme of compassionate appointment can be extended to the petitioner.
