The petitioners, who claim to be the owners of the plot numbers mentioned in prayer clause (II), have approached this Court seeking a direction that their ownership and possession should not be disturbed by respondent No.2 - Nagpur Improvement Trust, as such action would violate their rights and the law. Various reliefs have been sought in the present petition. However, the fact remains that the grievance raised by the petitioners in this petition has not yet been dealt with by respondent No.2 - Nagpur Improvement Trust.

In view of the above, we direct respondent No.2 - Chairman, Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur, to treat the present writ petition as a representation and decide it within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Needless to mention, if the decision is adverse to the petitioners, they shall be at liberty to approach this Court. 5.
