The petition is listed because the petitioner failed to comply with practice note No. 14 as directed by this Court. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the compliance has been made though belatedly.

This tendency of getting casual once receiving the interim order is something that should be deprecated. In case, similar such conduct is found in future, the Registrar shall list the matter for dismissal immediately on the next date of failure to comply with the practice note, particularly Clause 5 thereof. The Registrar shall follow this practice in all the matters where there is interim relief granted and even if there is no order passed by the Court of compliance of practice note No.14 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.

List the petition in the week commencing 28th July, 2025. 4.

Interim relief to continue till then.
